This is a 7-week hybrid communicative and task-based course designed to introduce college beginner learners to the basics of Swahili language and culture. Focused on real-world communication, this course blends interactive speaking activities, authentic materials, and cultural exploration to build a strong foundation in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Learners engage with dynamic lesson plans supported by tools like ChatGPT, Padlet, and YouTube, promoting collaboration and confidence from day one. Whether preparing for travel, study, or cultural connection, students leave the course with practical language skills and a deeper appreciation for East African culture.

This is a 5-week self-paced, online English course designed for intermediate English learners preparing to travel on a budget. This course focuses on practical, everyday communication skills needed in travel situations.
Using scenario-based learning, travel-specific vocabulary, and accessible tools like Canva, Padlet, and Google Suite, learners build the confidence to navigate real-world travel situations independently. WanderWords emphasizes flexibility and empowers learners to explore the world affordably and confidently.

Delivered via Nearpod and administered through LMS platforms like Canvas, this bite-sized training uses scenario-based practice and just-in-time learning strategies.
